Spring Clean

This Clean is highly recommended if your property has been vacant for more than 3 months.

€30 for 1 bedroom 1 bathroom

€40 for 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms

€50 for 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms

€60 for 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms

€10 for any extra rooms i.e. conservatories or more than 2 bathrooms. This service does not include Linen.

Holiday Clean (Standard)

This most popular clean is for quick turn around and used mostly for the letting market.

€40 for 1 bedroom 1 bathroom (2 Linen wash Loads)

€50 for 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (2 Linen wash Loads)

€60 for 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (3 Linen wash Loads)

€70 for 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (4 Linen wash Loads)

€10 for any extra rooms i.e. conservatories or more than 2 bathrooms.

Please note that if Linen wash loads exceeds the quoted amount €5 per extra load will be added to quoted price.

Holiday Clean (Intermediate)

This clean is for people that would like an extra personal touch to there property and is more thorough than the standard clean.

€50 for 1 bedroom 1 bathroom (2 Linen wash Loads)

€60 for 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (2 Linen wash Loads)

€70 for 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (3 Linen wash Loads)

€80 for 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (4 Linen wash Loads)

€15 for any extra rooms i.e. conservatories or more than 2 bathrooms.

Please note that if linen wash loads exceeds the quoted amount €5 per extra load will be added to quoted price.

Thorough Clean (Deep Clean)

This clean for 2 people will take on average 6 hours each person in a 2 bedroom house pending on how many materials there is in a property to be moved and cleaned. The clean consists of stripping the kitchen and cleaning inside and out, all wardrobes and storage spaces, bathrooms, nothing is missed.

The price for this service is worked out at an hourly charge of €12.50 per person. Average price for 2 bedroom houses is €145. This Clean does not include Linen.

Builders Clean (Deep Clean)

This clean for 2 people will take on average 6 hours each person in a 2 bedroom house pending on how the builders leave the property. The clean consists of the kitchen inside and out, all wardrobes and storage spaces, bathrooms, nothing is missed.

The price for this service is worked out at an hourly charge of €12.50 per person. Average price for 2 bedroom houses is €145.

Mid Stay Clean

This clean consist of what type of clean that you require from the above Lettings & Personal Use packages (a) (b) (c) (d).

Linen Service

If you use the cleaning service, Linen is already calculated in the price. But we do offer a separate Linen service at €5 per washing load (white and colours will be split into separate loads and charged as separate loads).

LETTINGS FEES & PERSONAL USE

Interested in letting your property for short or long term lets?

DGC Property Services representative will be happy to make an appointment to view your property and asses the value that can be achieved for short term (weekly value) and Long monthly value (minimum 3 months). Prices are also calculated by area and the average price for the surrounding properties that are also for let.

DGC´s Short Term Lettings Fees

15% will be deducted from the full value of the let. If you wish us to clean the property this will be deducted from the let. We can make payment direct into your bank account at €20 cost.

DGC´s Long Term Lettings Fees

15% will be deducted from the full value of the let. A holding deposit of the value of one months rent will be held by DGC property Services from the tenant until the contract expires, this will be returned to the tenant on departure of the property if the property is left in good order. On departure of the guests, the property will be inspected by a DGC Property Services representative for any loss of items or damage incurred. The security deposit will be retained in the event of any damage being caused. DGC Property Services will clean the property on departure of the tenant. The clean price is calculated by hour at €12.50. We can make payment direct into your bank account.

Meet & Greet

A DGC Property Services representative will meet your guests at your property. On arrival, the keys will be handed over and guests will be shown around the property and how to use the facilities available. The cost of this service is €20. Out of hours before 8am and after 9.30pm please add €10.

Hire Service Baby & Mobility Equipment

We can arrange mobility equipment for the elderly and disabled, scooters, wheel chairs, walking frames, etc . by prior arrangement. Baby Equipment and Beds Cost of hiring equipment per week:

Welcome Packs

We highly recommend that you use this service for the Letting market, but can be useful for your own use to make your stay more relaxing. Please see below the packages that we can provide you. We cannot Guarantee food labels and product types.

€15 bread, milk, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, jam, 1Lt orange juice, 1.5 Lt water

€25 Includes all of the above plus eggs, bacon and sausages

€35 Includes all of the above plus 1 bottle of red and white wine and 6 cans of beer

Advert Lettings Pack1 = 2 photo's with description of what your property has to offer.

€20 Administration. No Annual Charge.

Advert Lettings Pack2 = 2 photo's with description of what your property has to offer, plus link to full page advert with photo's through out your property. €69 per Annum.

ADVERTISING ON DGC´S WEBSITE

(Important please read for all persons who wish to let their properties out to the public)

When agreeing to let your property out for short or long terms, there is now a full legal contract that will have to be signed when your key holding contract is due for renewal. This is to Protect You the Tenant and DGC Property Services from any improper actions that may of occurred in the property.

If you actively let your property personally, and DGC Property Services is letting your property as well, please note when a tenant short or long term has booked through DGC Property Services that the property must be cleaned by DGC Property Services before the tenants arrival at a standard holiday clean price. This service must be applied to minimise any tenants disapproval.
