This service for €1.50 per week and covers the holding of keys only. Contract Terms are for 6 Months or 12 Months.

This service for €3 per week.

A Fortnightly Check of your property to see if everything is secure and in correct order, a visual check of plumbing and electrical will be carried out to confirm that all is working correctly.

€20 charge will be made for any request to open the property, this charge covers the below.

On arrival for all visitors the properties exterior i.e. patios, shutters windows will be cleaned and any furniture put out. Electric will be switched on, fridge and hot water will be turned on. If the visitor is arriving after dark a light will be left on for their arrival.

Silver Pack

This service for €5 per week covers the below at no extra cost.

€130. 6 Months Contract. €260. 12 Months Contract.

A Fortnightly Check of your property to see if everything is secure and in correct order, a visual check of plumbing and electrical will be carried out to confirm that all is working correctly.

Gold Pack

This service for €7 per week covers the below at no extra cost.

A Weekly Check of your property to see if everything is secure and in correct order, a visual check of plumbing and electrical will be carried out to confirm that all is working correctly.

S-S Packs

Start Stop Packs. You can start and stop this package if you visit your property for more than 2 months in one visit. When you restart your contract that is on hold it will start from the date when you stopped it, i.e. if you have 3 months of your contract left to run when you stopped it on a 6 month contract, you will have 3 months left on hold for when you want DGC Property Services to start to take care of your property again. This service is beneficial for retired people who want to visit their properties for longer periods, but still want the property cared for when the property is vacated. S-S Bronze Pack

This service for €4 per week.

This service for €8 per week covers the below at no extra cost.

A Weekly Check of your property to see if everything is secure and in correct order, a visual check of plumbing and electrical will be carried out to confirm that all is working correctly.

We also offer a garden service so your garden will stay healthy in your absence this will involve the following: Watering of garden plants and general maintenance i.e. weeding and pruning.

Average Price has been calculated by an average size garden of 40m2. €208 Per annum - €4 a week

To have your pool cleaned and maintained is no problem, price for this service is calculated by appointment.

Our Key Holding packages start from as little as €1.50 a week. We can ensure that your property receives the very best in care, so that you are assured that your home is in provisional and responsible hands. Our services provided are to make you or your guests comfortable to enjoy your holiday knowing someone is always at hand when required. It is essential for us to hold Two sets of keys to your property. These will be kept in a locked store cupboard. We request that DGC Property Services are the sole key holder to your property. If you arrange any maintenance work direct with a contractor, we would require written (email) authorization to pass the key to your property onto a third party.

Checks on your property including

Visual inspection of exterior and interior

Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing and electrical

Security checks of doors, windows and shutters

If there is an immediate problem we will take appropriate steps to try and resolve it and you will be contacted as soon as possible. Any minor problems will be reported to you and we will await your instructions. Repairs or replacements will be charged as necessary. We have 7 different Key Holding Packages to suit your needs.
